Located on the piece of land previously under the ownership of Kohinoor Mills in Shivaji Park, at the intersection of Gokhale Road and L J Road, Kohinoor Square is one of the most recent feathers to have embellished Mumbai’s illustrious cap of skyscrapers.
Recently, Kohinoor Square was awarded a gold rating by the Central Government for its exemplary environmental sustainability policies. It is the first skyscraper in the country to win a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design tag.
Planet Godrej

The speciality of Planet Godrej, besides being one of the tallest high-rise buildings in the country, is that not more than a mere 5% of the 9-acre area in Mahalaxmi was utilised to construct the building. DP Architects, from Singapore, was responsible for spearheading the design and development of Planet Godrej.
