Leading manufacturers from Ningbo, Beijing, Guangdong, Hangzhou, Sichuan and other provinces of China along with leading companies of Hong Kong would be displaying their products for the Indian market. Intersolar India 2013 Exhibition will be held at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai for consecutive three days from 12-14 November, 2013. The international solar industry is meeting at Intersolar India for the fifth time in 2013. This event received a tremendous response from the industry, on account of which, the organizers decided to conduct iPHEX 2014 in Mumbai next year from 24-26 April.

This year the Jehangir Art Gallery at Kala Ghoda, Mumbai, held the exhibition for the Bombay Art Society in the month of March this year. The event was marked the 121st All India Annual Art Exhibition.

This exhibition displayed artworks in the form of paintings in oil, water colours, acrylic colours, charcoal, pastels, medium, pen and ink etc. on canvas and paper. About 225 participants displayed sculptures in marble, bronze, metal, wood etc. and various artists in their unique styles of visual expressions and techniques laid emphasis on realistic, semi-realistic, abstract landscapes, portraits, monumental, spiritual and figurative work. This exhibition was on all India level where art lovers and connoisseurs came to enjoy these different facets of art in the relevant perspectives.

Each year society exhibitions are held at the World trade center in Mumbai. This year the Society Collection 2013 was held from 8-11 August, 2013. This exhibition was mainly organized for shopaholics and it displayed a huge collection of Indian art and craft that was picked from every corner of the world. It also showcased a wide array of artifacts, contemporary jewellery, ethnic and designer wear, fashion accessories, home decor and much more. Painting exhibitions of all types are held at various locations in Mumbai. The most famous, the Chatak 2013 Painting Exhibition was held in AC Gallery, Mumbai in the month of July this year. Visitors got the chance to see immensely talented artists Sanjeev Vedak, Yuvraj Patil, Amol Pawar and Kishore Govilkar spread their magic through their paintings. They displayed figurative paintings in mix media on canvas and figurative compositions in oil on canvas. Their work was highly appreciated by people and the event was overall a huge success.
